The State of Michigan, and all of the Tribes in Michigan, signed the Tribal Water Accord on May 12, 2004. The link to the Accord is provided below. The document, along with the 2007 Consent Decree and the 2009 Tribal Climate Accord, is critical to the claims of Article32.org as we fight for the protection of the Natural Resources of the entire Great Lakes Basin.
