The State of Michigan, and all of the Tribes in Michigan, signed the Tribal Climate Accord on June 11, 2009. The link to the Accord is provided below. The document, along with the 2007 Consent Decree and the 2004 Tribal Water Accord, is critical to the claims of Article32.org as we fight for the protection of the Natural Resources of the entire Great Lakes Basin.
