FINDINGS AND ORDER — 2007 Inland Consent Decree
C. The Parties explored settlement of their respective claims regarding [the 1836 Treaty] Inland Article 13 Rights, reached an agreement in principle on the terms and conditions of such a settlement, and have now stipulated to the entry of this Decree, which is intended to resolve conclusively such claims, and to provide for the protection of the resources in the 1836 Ceded Territory.
